Building TICA's Future Together--TICA South Central Regional Director Election 2022

The Board appointed our current Interim Regional Director in December 2020.   The time is finally almost here to make YOUR choice for Regional Director---it will be in your hands on who will represent.

This year, The International Cat Association will be 43 years old. This terrific milestone would not have been achieved if not for the hard work, dedication and decisions made over the last 4+ decades by our Founders, Board and Breed Committees, clubs, exhibitors, members and breeders.

We have the ideas, the talent and the resourcefulness to continue being THE cat registry of choice and the knowledge base on ALL THING cats. The South Central region is strong on all of these aspects-we will continue to be!

Your Regional Director is your elected representative on the Board of Directors.  I intend to represent all members and my region diligently, respectfully and equally at all times during my tenure.

It has been said that the best leaders are also the best followers as they view the people they lead as equals.

Your Regional Director should REPRESENT with integrity, fairness and respect both inside and outside the Board Room

Your Regional Director should strive to COMMUNICATE in various ways so you, as TICA Members, are in the know. Communication goes both ways, your Regional Director should also listen with genuine care

Your Regional Director should have the ENERGY and EXCITEMENT to EXPAND the possibilities-work on increasing membership, visibility of TICA and our lovely cats; look for opportunities outside the 'show box'

Growth and TICA Awareness comes from within our people, let's build the future together!

As you will see, employment has not prevented me from leading a full TICA life.   As you reflect on your selection, consider the dedication and time spent over the year in the various TICA arenas to REPRESENT, COMMUNICATE and ENGAGE.

My name is Jackie Rose. I would like to ask for your vote as South Central Regional Director this fall.  Thank you.
